If you’ve ever wanted to surf the web on your television as easily as you do on your laptop, then Google TV is definitely for you. The new platform from the internet giant (partnered with Intel, Sony, and Logitech) will allow you to do just that, on the Flash-capable Google Chrome browser. Sony has announced the first model, the NSX-446GT1, a 46-inch, 1080p set that also features a USB connector.Sony showed the TV off at a Best Buy holiday preview, but the real roll-out will be on-stage in October.
